Dinner - 9th July
This year for Casa Fest we've invited back two of past resident chefs: Matt Degn and Zsuzsanna Toth.
Matt was our first ever resident chef. He was head chef at Au Passage in Paris, works as a chef for We Are Ona and has now started Los Passagios where he cooks alongside Dan Wren, Harry Wilson, Roberto Prado and Omar Radejko.
Zsuzsanna came last year on a month long residency. Her last project alongside friend Julia Heifer was a pop up restaurant in the outskirts of berlin where they focused on making farm fresh produce glow.
One of the things we are most passionate about is great food in a magical environment. A space where you feel that time stands still and you leave feeling completely calm and fulfilled. When we started Balandra, we started with Sobremesa supper clubs in our small apartment in East London,
and now we’re hosting chefs and artist in Mallorca.
Join us for a sit down dinner featuring local, seasonal ingredients.
There will be both a communal table and separate tables, if you have a preference, let us know!

Please, if youre coming in groups, try and come in the same car. If not, we suggest parking in town (Pòrtol) and driving up together (2 mins).
